Job details:	Sheffield Hallam Students' Union is committed to providing excellent services and facilities for its diverse membership of over 28,000 students. We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Sport & Active Lifestyle Development Co-ordinator to work within the Sports Union as part of our Member Service Section. The post holder will operate within a busy student environment providing support for sports clubs and volunteers, focusing on the co-ordination and development of our ‘outdoor activity' clubs and assisting in the development of healthy lifestyle initiatives. We are looking to recruit someone educated to degree level who has experience of developing sport and working with volunteers, preferably in a democratic environment. We are looking for a proactive approach, excellent project management skills, experience of delivering training and good IT skills. Ideally you will have knowledge of outdoor activities and health and safety issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as you will work with a wide variety of stakeholders and there will be an expectation to work across the organisation.
